GROUND HEATER RENTAL
Ground Heaters
R&R Pump has multiple ground heater for rent all winter long. These units are great for thawing pipes, prepping for concrete or thawing ground to prep for digging. We have two separate sizes for optimal performance including blankets for thousands of square feet. These units can thaw roughly a foot deep per day depending on conditions.
OPERATION OF GROUND HEATER
This unit is basically a boiler on wheels. We run a hose around the project and put blankets and weights over the top to hold in the heat. The unit itself has a generator running to provide power but has minimal noise. Ground heaters can typically can get 3' deep in 4 days as the first day has to warm up the air and melt snow.
